Do I have to connect my whatnot account?
No. Download the Weekly Orders Report from Finances, Statements & Reports and drop it in. No password changes hands.
Do I have to type a cost for every card?
No. Enter one cost for the case, pallet or collection and choose how to split it. A sale with no cost stays flagged and out of profit until you add one.
I only do a couple of shows a month. What does it cost?
Nothing. Free covers 4 shows a month in full detail and 2 lots. Pro is $39 a month or $390 a year for every show and lot. Every account gets 14 days of Pro from its first import, no card.
What about eBay, TikTok Shop or my own site?
whatROI reads whatnot reports only. Log outside costs like supplies or storage as expenses and they count against profit.
Does it help with taxes?
Pro includes a tax pack: your year on Schedule C lines, and CSV exports of sales, shows and inventory.
Is my data safe, and can I get it out?
