whatROI Live, during a show
The whatROI Live guide- The panel doesn't appear on my show.
- Check the extension is turned on at chrome://extensions (brave://extensions in Brave), then reload your show tab. On any whatnot page a small "waiting for a show" pill should appear; hover it to see what it can find. If you see a card saying "This show · 0 orders", that is the free Lens extension, not Live.
- It says "no cost for this item yet".
- Live prices an item from its product's cost, a link you made, or the cost on your past sales of the same listing. If none of those exist, type the cost into the panel, or find the product in the panel's search to link the listing once.
- It says I'm not connected, or Live is part of Pro.
- Open whatroi.com/live while signed in and press Connect this browser. Live needs Pro or the free trial; when a plan ends the panel pauses and starts again the moment Pro is back.
- Are the profit figures exact?
- They use your commission tier, processing on what the buyer pays and your shipping settings, so they are close. Your whatnot report settles the exact figures when you import it.
Imports and costs
Troubleshooting imports- My report won't import.
- Use the Weekly Orders Report or the Show Report as whatnot downloads it, without opening and re-saving it in a spreadsheet. The import page says which rows it could not read and why.
- Some sales have no cost.
- Add what you paid in Costs, as a lot or a product. Every earlier sale of that item is costed again straight away, and later reports land on it too.
Your plan
Plans and billing- How do I cancel?
- In Settings, under Plan. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and everything you imported stays.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every account gets every Pro feature for 14 days from its first import, with no card. When it ends you move to the free plan and nothing is charged.
Your data
Exporting and deleting your data- Can I take my data with me, or delete it?
- Yes, both from Settings, without asking anyone: download everything as one spreadsheet, or delete your account and every row of it.
