Prep sheet and pull sheet
Before: orders needed, the lowest safe start price, and a running order. After: what to pack.

Prep sheet
Add a show before you go live and it gets a prep sheet with the maths done for you.
- Orders to break even
- How many average orders the night needs to cover the giveaways, boosts and supplies you've committed.
- Orders to hit your target
- The same, for your profit-per-hour goal.
- Past prices
- What each piece sold for before, from your history, so you start where a real buyer has paid.
- Lowest safe start
- A break-even floor per item after fees and shipping, plus a second figure that keeps a 20% margin.
- A running order
- A suggested selling order built around when your shows usually peak. Your best pieces go where the room is.
Pull sheet
After the show, work from the pull sheet: every sold item, tickable and printable, grouped two ways.
By location, to walk the bins
Grouped by where items sit, so you cross the room once.
By buyer, to pack the boxes
Each buyer's orders together, as you need them at the packing table.
Refunded and unpaid orders are left off. A line at the top accounts for them, so the sheet matches the show page.
Review
After a planned show, its review compares the night with the plan: expected sales, actual sales, and whether you reached break-even.
After three or four shows, you'll have a real number to plan against.
Next: telling, while you're live, whether tonight is working.
