Import the Weekly Orders Report
The main file: every fee on completed orders, plus tips, refunds and label adjustments. Where to get it.

What it is
The Weekly Orders Report is whatnot's record of what it paid you. One row per completed order: item price, buyer shipping and tax, commission, payment processing, the label you were billed for, and any tip, refund or adjustment.
whatROI is built around this file. Fee checks, show P&Ls and tax figures all trace back to it. If you import one thing, import this.
Download it
Open Finances on whatnot.com
In a desktop browser, go to Finances › Statements & Reports. The report isn't in the phone app.
Download one file per week
whatnot makes a new one every Monday morning for the week just ended. Start with the last four. Go further back any time.
Drop them all at once
Drag the whole set onto Import. Files are recognised by their column headers, so names and order don't matter.
.csv,.xlsxand.xlswork, up to 25 MB each.
Which week an order is in
An order appears in the week it completed. A card won on a Friday usually completes a few days later, once the buyer pays and it settles, so it often lands in the next week's file.
whatROI books each sale against the show it was won in, whichever file it came in. So a show's profit can move for a week or two, then settles.
What's missing from it
- What your stock cost
- whatnot never knew it. You add it as a lot or an item cost.
- Boost spend and payouts
- Promotion charges, referral bonuses and money sent to your bank are only in the Ledger.
- Orders that never paid
- A failed or cancelled payment isn't a completed order, so it never reaches this file. The Show Report names them.
Imported orders become profit once they have a cost. Do that next.
