Quick start
Four steps, about fifteen minutes: import orders, record a lot, answer the costs queue, read a show.

Before you start
Have a Weekly Orders Report for a few weeks you remember. Four recent weeks is plenty to check the numbers against your memory.
A new account opens on a short setup. It takes your weekly report, then asks what you paid for one show, and ends on that show's net profit. Skip it and Home keeps a checklist of what's left.
Want a look first? The sample shop is a made-up seller's year, with every screen filled in. No account needed.
Four steps
Import a few weeks of orders
On whatnot.com, open Finances › Statements & Reports and download the Seller Weekly Orders Report for the last four weeks. Drop all four files on Import. Shows, sales, buyers and fees appear right away.
Record one lot
Pick a purchase you remember and add it on Lots: what it was, what you paid all in, how many units, and a rule for splitting the cost. Even split is often right.
Answer the costs queue
Add what you paid lists every sale with no cost, grouped so one answer covers a category. Ten minutes here turns a month of revenue into a month of profit.
Read a show
Open Shows and pick your busiest night. Net profit and profit per streamed hour are at the top. Below is every line from what buyers paid to what you kept.
When it's worked
The show page has a net profit and no uncosted warning. If there is a warning, it says how many sales still need a cost and links to them.
Expect the number to be lower than you thought. It includes fees, labels, refunds, giveaways and stock cost, all against one night.
Next, spend ten minutes learning which screen answers which question.
