The six main screens

The sidebar groups them: Home and Decisions at the top, your last three shows under them, then Sell, Stock and Money. On a phone the bottom bar has one slot per group, and the pages in a group are tabs along the top.

Home

Your chosen period against the one before. Net profit, what moved, and what needs attention.

Shows

Every show with net profit and profit per streamed hour, plus your best nights by weekday and time.

Products

What sells most, earns most, makes most, and returns most on cost. Four lists, because they rarely agree.

Inventory

Pieces worth naming: hits, graded cards, coins, sneakers. What's on hand, what it cost, how long it's sat.

Analytics

ROI by product, show, weekday, month or any range, against the period before.

Money

The month as a profit and loss account, its expenses, and the tax pack at year end.

Decisions

What needs you: sales with no cost, fees above the schedule, negative margins, refunds awaiting an outcome. The badge shows how many.

Sales

Every order, one row each, with its cost and net. Filter, sort and save the view.

Buyers

Who pays, who doesn't, and who comes back.

Lots

What you paid for each case, pallet or collection, and how much is still on the books.

Import

Where files go. Also lists past imports, with a button to undo one.

Settings

Plan and billing, time zone and currency, fee schedule, invites, exports, deletion.

What colours and labels mean

A blue figure

Money you kept. Profit, margin, ROI, net per hour.

An orange figure

A loss or a warning: a negative margin, a fee above the schedule, an item sitting too long.

Uncosted

A sale with no stock cost yet. Counted in revenue, left out of profit, listed in Decisions.

Estimated

A figure from a Show Report that whatnot hasn't confirmed. It firms up when the weekly report lands.

Per hour

Net profit divided by hours live. It lets you compare a long slow show with a short busy one.

Any screen with money exports to CSV with your filters applied. Any long list can be filtered and saved as a view.
