The queue

Add what you paid shows every imported sale with no cost, grouped so one answer covers many sales. It's the fastest way to turn a month of orders into a month of profit.

Groups are by category, repeated listing title or SKU. Say what a pack cost once and every matching sale takes that cost.

Work through it

1. Start with the biggest group

   Groups are sorted by how much money rides on them, so the first answer moves the most.

2. Enter a unit cost, or pick a lot

   Type what one costs, or attach the group to a lot you've recorded and let its rule do the work. Attach when the stock came from one purchase, so leftovers stay counted.

3. Skip what you don't know

   Leave it blank rather than guess. Uncosted sales count in revenue, stay out of profit, and wait in Decisions.

Cost future sales automatically

Give a category a default lot. New sales in that category are costed from it on import and skip the queue.

Set a default for each category you sell often and the queue stays nearly empty.
