What whatROI does

whatROI turns your whatnot reports into profit per show, once you tell it what your stock cost.

The gap it fills

whatnot tells you what sold and what it charged you. It never knew what you paid for the case, so your statement shows revenue minus fees. You can't tell a good night from an expensive one.

whatROI adds the one thing only you know: what your stock cost. Enter it once per purchase and every imported sale becomes profit, per item, per show and per streamed hour.

What you need

Your whatnot reports
The Weekly Orders Report is the main one: every completed order with every fee. The Show Report and the Ledger fill the gaps. You can already download all three.
What you paid
Entered once per purchase, as a lot: a case, a pallet, a collection, a box. A rule splits that cost across every sale from it.

The rest is worked out. Fees are recomputed from whatnot's published schedule. Shipping comes from the labels you were billed for. Refunds, giveaways and boosts go against the show they belong to.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't connect to your whatnot account. You download a file and drop it in, so there's no login to hand over and nothing to break when whatnot changes.

It doesn't guess what your stock cost. A sale with no cost is marked uncosted and left out of profit until you enter one.

It doesn't change anything on whatnot. Orders, refunds and listings stay as they are.
